Never. That's why my forearms are as fucking big as my arms.
Forgot to mention that these were all double overhand. I try to get as many sets as I can double overhand before I get into the heavier sets and use mixed grip. Last session from a few weeks ago right when I hurt my back, I got it easy. If I had used mixed grip, it wouldn't have been an issue.

Gonna have to take out those pendlay rows I did yesterday, I think that movement is putting too much direct stress on my low back.
Still have a bit of nerve pain going down my quads that's lingering from the injury, especially around the hip. Maybe take a foam roller or hot towels to it. Overall I did great on squats today though, feels good to be pushing a little heavier weight.
Pull downs and pull ups still not up to par. Must be just the shock of doing squats again, but it'll come back. Just sucks because for a while I was killing it on those.
Hunger definitely kicking back in, ate a shit ton of food today, over 2lbs of steak.

Didn't do too much on accessories, just a quick in out and since I'll be back to benching in a couple of days and had planned to have a two day rest on the weekend anyway.
Did some foam rolling with a pvc pipe in the gym on my quads. Holy shit it works so good! Took away the pain.
Can't wait for the new gear to come and make the switch to prop.

Back is about 100% now, but still have some pain lingering in my quads, especially around my hips, which makes pushing out of the pocket harder. Didn't really lift heavy on squats, just got what I could for now. Ended the workout with some very light slow and controlled leg presses, that seemed to really help. Probably start adding those in the tail end of the workout and adding some volume to it next time. Good back workout though.

Should've gotten this workout done yesterday. But got it today. Was a bit depleted food wise today, that's what I need to get in check. Prepping everything. Especially meat. Gonna get a new air fryer soon so I can large quantities. Right now I'm cook 2 or 3 times a day on the cast iron, which is a pain in the ass. Didn't have my rice cooked today, so I was a bit carb depleted as well, but I got thru the workout regardless. Hit some big numbers, was just a bit out of energy before I got to the tri and shoulder exercises, so I just did a couple burnout exercises. Overall, pressing strength is coming along nicely. Weird to have it as my strongest movements, as it's usually my weakest, but that's mostly because of the back and quad pain I've been working thru. Not to mention my tire blew out tonight, so been dealing with that and just getting my post workout meal in now. Always something.

Also diet wise I'm getting rid of all the OJ and dextrose. I think it's just bloating me up and causing me digestive issues, not to mention throwing my blood glucose all over the place. I'll still use dextrose to season my rice and meat in small amounts.

I do push my feet into the ground so I can get a good arch in my back, I think I need to focus more on actually driving my feet into the ground as I'm pushing the bar off my chest though.

It can help a lot, I never focused on it until I watched this video of an elite bench presser. He basically explained that the leg drives the lower back into position, which in turn drives the arch into the upper back. I’ll try to find the video and link it. Small adjustments can make a big difference. Great work either way man

I started really focusing on that with squats. Like actually trying push your knees outward as your pushing back up and it does indeed help. Little tweaks here and there always make a big difference.
 
This video is probably the best one I’ve seen. The setup alone will add 20 pounds to your bench. It’s pretty long but it’s worth the investment in time.

Looks like I'm out of training for today. Have to wait for the place to get the tires I need, I also have to get my axle realigned, so probably won't be hitting my lifts 2x times this week. But I did get these in. Dosing protocol? Keeping it simple. 560mg mast p, 280mg test p, 140mg npp. After injecting all three vials, needle went in nice and smooth, no dulling of the needle, nice smooth injection, no pip. Probably just lower my Anavar dosing to only preworkout instead of 2x a day, and will be adding proviron soon. As soon as I get the money in, a big order of hgh too and I'll be set.
