Should've gotten this workout done yesterday. But got it today. Was a bit depleted food wise today, that's what I need to get in check. Prepping everything. Especially meat. Gonna get a new air fryer soon so I can large quantities. Right now I'm cook 2 or 3 times a day on the cast iron, which is a pain in the ass. Didn't have my rice cooked today, so I was a bit carb depleted as well, but I got thru the workout regardless. Hit some big numbers, was just a bit out of energy before I got to the tri and shoulder exercises, so I just did a couple burnout exercises. Overall, pressing strength is coming along nicely. Weird to have it as my strongest movements, as it's usually my weakest, but that's mostly because of the back and quad pain I've been working thru. Not to mention my tire blew out tonight, so been dealing with that and just getting my post workout meal in now. Always something.
Also diet wise I'm getting rid of all the OJ and dextrose. I think it's just bloating me up and causing me digestive issues, not to mention throwing my blood glucose all over the place. I'll still use dextrose to season my rice and meat in small amounts.

Almost had that last lift. Definitely could have gotten with a lift off. Took it off the rack easy and lowered it really controlled, paused on my chest even, went up a few inches then stalled.
