Yes, BMI measures muscle as fat.

BMI is pointless pretty much.

BMI states I'm about 32% fat and morbidly obese, when I'm really about 13-14% fat.

I have no dog in this fight but this isn't a log.

There's not one workout, one day of macros, and no way to see any real progression with the products, which is what people want to see from a log.

If you got tied up with life stuff, I think we all understand that as it's happened to all of us here. I would say at least pull blood work, bare minimum, to at least give back something for the gear and HGH you were given.

I'm not trying to be an asshole, but I am saying what everyone is thinking.

Yes , for Test and Mast.

Your Total T levels will show the test is real and your Free Testosterone in comparison to your Total testosterone will show the Masterone is real.

You could knockout two birds with one stone, so to say, helping out the company that helped you out.

As stated before, this was literally the only day that I could pull bloods. At 72 hours, I was going to be in a different state.

I've never seen anyone come back at 12x their dose so I'm not even 100% sure you "fulfilled" your end of the deal...

No more free gear for a couple pics.

That's why I don't do logs unless I'm ready to work. A log is actual work aside from my 2 jobs and working out, which I would only do if I was 100% invested. I would also make sure no "life shit" got in the way.

We all know crazy things happen that are out of our control though. That's different.
