I have the vile’s sitting in front of me, unsure if I'm ready to commit to trt and hcg

Initial blood work showed signs of secondary hypogonadism
I have low energy, hard time burning fat, low sex drive, partial erections “sometimes”
Only time i actually felt decent was during 3 months on carnivore diet

Completed around 9am i have other results also but didn’t list them, i can if something else is needed

Free T 66 (pg/mL)
Total T. 300 (ng/dL)
FSH 2.3 mIU/mL
LH 1.0 mIU/mL below range
ESTRADIOL 30 (pg/mL)
SHBG 23 nmol/L)

Doctor wanted a secondary test “ this is all i have from him”
Completed around 11am about 2 weeks apart

Total T. 445 (ng/dL)
FSH 2.6 mIU/mL
LH 3.3 mIU/mL
Free has not been provided as of yet

My plan was 140 mg a week split daily with hcg 400 iu per week split in half

With these results would it be better to try and optimize my T naturally?, only use hcg to try and bring up my levels, or fully commit to life long trt use?
I’m unsure about cycles.

Have you tried anything more natural yet?
During carnivore was when i felt best however i did not get my levels tested, I’ve tried a few supplements ashwagandah being one of them but it started making me feel pretty weird
My levels over the last 3 years have been around 300 with 1 reading being at 560 and this most recent at 445

I would try to bring it up naturally. My total T was below 250 when I started trt 3 decades ago. Trust me the injections get old. Good luck my friend.

Hmmmmmm. I understand your conundrum.

I started 4 years ago now, but I was 58 yrs old also. My numbers at the time were slightly lower, (271 total/ Free was 57 ) than what your current baseline is currently.

Don't think or worry about cycles at this point. The decision is to begin or not.
Before you decide to hop on this train I would ask
1. What are you seeking to accomplish in making this choice?
2. How's your diet? Are you disciplined in the kitchen? This is so critical & always overlooked. It doesn't matter if you're a wannabe competitive BB or just another average Dude that's suffering from Low T. If you're the later, which 99.9% of the time that's the case with this question, Food/nutrition is the #1 driver of the whole smash
3. Are you committed to hitting the Gym which includes Cardio? Be Honest with yourself in answering this question.

There's a lot of Average Guys that have Low T but Don't get these 2 items right to start. Just by correcting the #2 & #3 questions can often delay the need to start down this path.

What I advise anyone that has asked me about this topic, because they know I run TRT, is that this is a lifestyle choice, a commitment choice, and a discipline choice. Once you hop on this train its very very difficult to get off & its a long often psychologically painful off ramp.

The flip side. If you start this journey you can turn yourself into the Dude you've always wanted to see in the mirror, you're going to feel a FUCK TON better but discipline, patience & focus are the keys. Its a commitment.

Thank you for this response, it was extremely detailed

To answer your questions
1. I’d like to feel better, more energy, repair my sex drive and half errections. Adding on some muscle is always welcome.
2. My diet is lacking, the only time my diet has been on point was during carnivore, i find it hard to sustain this diet for prolonged periods periods of time but id like to go back on a similar style whole food diet.
3. I do frequent the gym, my recent lack of energy and motivation has significantly decreased my sessions, i also have a home gym i use.
I’m not looking forward to life long pins but id gladly take a fully optimized self.

Yeah OK - I'll just be the 1st one to say & I'll say it nicely. You need to lose the "Dad Bod" That's ABSOLUTELY the first task before you pop a single pin.
1. You need to Start in the Kitchen & counting your Macros & BE OVERTLY OBSESSED & DISCIPLINED WITH YOUR DIET
2. THE SAME OBSESSION NEEDS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED WITH YOUR PHYSICAL FITNESS.

Sorry if that seems harsh bubba, but sometimes the Truth hurts at 1st but helps in the meeting the end goal.

Only you can answer your question, may want to start a workout/training routine. That alone as body fat drops and muscle mass increases should help your natural testosterone levels.

From your photos I’d say you’d be prone to estrogenic side effects from exogenous testosterone, so be mindful of that.

Run the TRT, you will feel better. Get all the other lifestyle modification on point at the same time.

Maybe something like 120-160mgs a week with some Reta... get that metabolic sydrome/issue handled.

Both those compounds should help.

I've had dudes get on mats (BJJ/Grappling 🥋) 2-3 times a week just completely melt on top of the simple protocol mentioned above.

I like it. No sense in letting the guy feel like crap. Fix the hormones, fix the lifestyle. Both can be done.
