To All My Brothers and Sisters Here

It's getting to be that time of the year when missing my family begins to sneak from the depths of the place that I bury it for the rest of the year. I don't have much, and I dont have many, but I'm thankful for what I have, and the few that I do.

I'm thankful for this shit show bowl of protein flavored assholes that call this place home, and I'm damn proud to to call some of you misfits my friends. I pray that time doesn't steal my memories, and that the friendships I've made here last a lifetime.

I may not be fine, but hell I'm tryin'....

Thats most of the blue collar population. Fighting another day trying to make ends meet, make things workout, & make every1 around u think things r All Good.

Yep. But we're men not machines. We need relief here and there and bending an ear is often all it takes. Just to be able to talk about it and unload. Decompress. Bottled up stress can kill. I know I can come in here an unload. Part of the reason I love this place. It's the people here that make the difference. There's a lot of good people here that actually give a shit.

Men won't say when we're struggling because if I'm struggling, then what good am I to everyone else that needs me?

TRUTH: You aren't helping the ones that need you by ignoring your own mental health, and the fact is, the ones that love you want to be there to help you through.

And the real truth, if you dont have anyone else in your life that gives a shit, by God, we care about you...
