It works great at stopping hunger. If youre over weight. It causes constipation and dehydration, it slows digestion greatly. It can lower blood sugar.

Reduces hunger. As far as blood test results I’m not for sure if it makes a difference. This past month I’ve been doing 6mg every 10 days or so. I definitely drink a lot of water, at one point of time might have had some constipation.
