I do this to my wife sometimes and I hate myself for it because she's amazing and far from one. It's most definitely from environmental upbringing and thinking that it was cool to call women bitches when i was younger but it's not at all. I have gotten a lot better at it but i still slip here and there.
 
I call them “woman”…. Got it from my grandpa.

I.E … when a woman approaches me at work trying to pawn work off on me …. I look at her in disgust and say “ Listen here, woman, this is not a kitchen and that stuff in your hand in not a sammich… try again”
