Everything came back fine and in range. I’m a ship captain so sometimes the diet isn’t on point but nothing else to do but workout and make docks. Bloods and some scale info from the last 6weeks
250test/200 mast split Monday/thursday. With some cialis preworkout. No complaints. Everything is trending in the right direction.

. Last year got on trt. 5’6 220 at the start. Main goal get back in shape. Which has turned out to be steady diet of working out 6 days a week most weeks. Lifting heavier weights at 41 than I did when I was in shape in college. So basically cheat to win lol.
