I have 6 more weeks on this cut which I started in the beginning of October. 2700 calories on training days, 2500 on off days. Cardio 7 days a week. And not 1 cheat meal since September! I'm 5'7", 215lbs, approx 12% BF. I hope to crack sub 10% by the time I'm finished.
Anyway, considering running Test/NPP when that time comes. My thoughts were 1mL of both EOD (250 Test, 100 NPP). I've never used NPP before and I'm wondering if 350mg/week of it will be enough. Right now I'm running 500mg/week of Test E and 200mg/week of Deca (mainly for my joints). Does this sound like a good plan? My goal is to keep my BF where it's at and do a lean bulk.
My diet for this cut has been 300g carbs, 300g protein, 30g fat per day. On non-training days, subtract 50g carbs. Will be implementing a low dose of Reta for insulin sensitivity. I am sticking to this same exact diet I've ran for the last 14 weeks, however adding only carbs in a few places (immediately pre-workout is one). I think I will be dropping the daily cardio as well which is 30 min on three treadmill, 3.1mph, 12° incline.
