BEFORE WE EVEN TALK ABOUT THE GEAR....why the hell are we trying to gain size at 15%+ body fat?
I swear that is the NUMBER 1 problem i see here....far far faarrrr to many guys just not understanding the benefits of being lean. I get it, like 90% of the people here have never done a hard diet before but my god, does anyone actually wanna LOOK LIKE they are on gear? lol

What's the point of running a cycle when you're just gonna get fatter?
For us "Regular ol Gym Bros" this is more often than not over looked. Beginning at 15%bf and ending around 22-25% is a recipe for disaster. Mentally and physically. Not saying it cant be done but its almost like starting from scratch when its over. Dieting from that high bf sucks. I dropped to 226lbs @9% and honestly wish I had pushed for 7% I'm at 247lbs and 16-18% fat and I'm dreading my cut.
Side note, I don't compete, I just like to intimidate everyone else at Planet Fitness

Thats a Valid Point. I just think everyone has different goals. That "15%" number has slowly crept down overtime on the forum. I remember people saying 18%, then 15%, I anticipate next year we will ridicule anyone wanting to run a cycle unless they are 9%BF or less, but time will tell. I dont think in this community disagrees with your statement regarding the importance of being lean, but the OP said he was 15%ish and his question wasn't regarding his diet. His question was regarding a Deca cycle so as responsible and contributing members, we were trying to assist him with the knowledge that he was lacking.

Ultimately, whether we are the gatekeepers of AAS and decide via bro science that 13.274% BF is the magic number before you are allowed to run AAS, people are gonna do what people want to do. Like I said, everyone has different goals and different body compositions.

And as hard as it is to believe, I think the answer to your question is No. Agree or disagree, but I believe that Not everyone wants to look like that. I dont understand it either, but I just respect that people do what people do.

The problem is that WE KNOW that every user here has 0 ability to read their actual level of BF. We have seen numerous examples of people saying, "12ish" and "diet is in check" and then they post a pic as well as their diet and they 0 clue. That's just a fact.

And i agree about gatekeeping, but i also know that other than ME, they are going to 10 answers from other users on here giving them the answer THEY WANT TO HEAR. My job is to be honest with them and tell them the truuuth that most dont want to or have never heard. Not saying they will follow my advice, but my advice is there to help steer them away from several wasted cycles of looking like shit lol. If i asked every guy on here, "hey, i know you wanna get on gear...but do you wanna actually LOOK like you're on gear too?" 100% of them would say, "well of course." So im just trying to cut through the bullshit and help them get there. Im well aware that most want to fail by themselves rather than listen to me, but i can try lol to real truth is that if everyone, when starting gear, also hired a coach, everyone would look 10000x better and skip all the dumb missteps we allll took at the beginning of our journey.

what are all these sides you have had with big deca cycles? Kinda curious. We are talking about deca. not tren. When I ad the tren in at 400mg, that's when some sides start kicking in that make things a little complicated. Not a stab at you. really am curious
Well because 1/2 the population is on psych meds and nandrolones cause limp pants snake, some of those guys are ready to transition to shemale by week 8.

Agreed. And if everyone was smart, there wouldn't be any idiots. 🤣

...but unfortunately, this is where we're at.

Look at it this way, the more shitty looking people there are, the better you'll look.🤣

If tolerated well, run between 16-20 weeks. I just finished 1g Test/600mg NPP a week and even with that dosage I didn't begin to "visibly gain" mass till around week 7 and it went into over drive around week 12. I gained 8 pounds the first 7 weeks, by week 12 I was at 11 pounds completely empty in the morning and at week 16 I had accumulated 22 pounds morning weight. It's been 3 weeks post cycle and my weight has stabilized after the water weight lost. With the longer cycle, if numbers are correct, after dieting down I should be up 5-6 pounds of total muscle gained. Run the longer cycle and keep more of the gains in my opinion. Also, week 2, my wife lay on my chest and I almost shit myself. My nipples were on fire. I upped the P5P and arimidex and drew blood twice. Prolactin was through the roof.

What is P5P?

deca reliefs my joints, makes me smooth and calm in some ways, but about the chicks, you get this horny effect.
8 weeks is where it starts to shine, but you will notice effects from week 4-5, like joint relief and more bloating. if your prolactin goes up u may exp depression.
npp kicks faster, goes faster, not that much bloat, but more pronounced depression for me, more irritability, no joint relief effect.
you can go deca 2 times/w and npp 3 times is fine, levels stay stable. for deca 16-20 weeks, npp 12-15.
