Anyone doing Tai Chi?
Been seeing alot of it lately.
Lots of benefits they are claiming.
Pretty certain it does have many.

Anyone
Bueller!!

Yeah - Been doing Tai Chi on & off for about 25- 26 years maybe. Picked it up at my 2nd last duty station because of a piece of ass I was trying to hit got me into it . Its beneficial with maintaining coordination, balance, muscle control, some flexibility. As you progress you can develop your practice into a martial art

Its not at all like a good Gym workout though. I've seen the ads currently running on social media. I would tell anyone that is misleading. 7 mins a day at you'll see X results in 2 weeks and XX results in 30 days etc....... That might be true for a freaking lazy ass couch potato.

If you're already cranking or just simply maintaining in the Gym its a nice "off day" addition. That's what I use it as, and I would recommend it. It's not a substitute for moving iron though. Right now I'm 3 days in the gym, 2 days of 1 hour Tai Chi dojo, and cardio 6 days a week.

Yeah,just something like to try..
As Mk said mental,stress,etc.
Yeah dudes are jacked saying they don't lift blah, blah, blah I know that's complete horseshit!! Lol
Feel it always good to incorporate things of this nature.
Have few in there already, balance, breathing etc..
Interesting
