A small story I wanted to share.
A few days ago, a customer posted a review about ASKLAB on the forum. The post got a lot of attention and quickly reached more than 100 comments. After seeing that thread, someone decided to contact me.
He told me he had read through the discussion and decided to give it a try and place an order. I was honestly very grateful for that trust.
But soon after we started talking about the order, he suddenly stopped replying. 1 days passed and I didn’t hear anything from him. At first I was a little worried about the order, but after more time passed, I started worrying more about whether something had happened to him.
Later I finally learned the reason. He had been feeling very unwell and had to go to the hospital. He was in a lot of pain, but he was still very strong and even took the time to come back and confirm the order.
When a customer disappears during an order, many sellers might only think about the business side. But honestly, at that moment I was more worried about his health than the order itself.
After some time he finally came back and managed to complete everything. The whole process felt like a journey full of twists and turns.
Moments like this remind me that behind every order, there is a real person and a real life story.
Wherever you are, my friend, I hope you are feeling much better now. Wishing you good health and all the best.
