I am a 41 year old male. My average testosterone has been between 289-350 since my twenties. Not having any more kids. I have been on trt for a couple of years. In good physical health.

As I understand it, trt shuts down the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis. If I decide to do cycles of other aas, I am assuming I don't need to do PCT because I will continue trt anyway. The only exception I can think of is if I ultimately decide I want to stop aas altogether.

No reason to stop TRT at your age. PCT are for the young guys.
You already have low T... It would be much healthier to have
more T than Low T.
