I am a 41 year old male. My average testosterone has been between 289-350 since my twenties. Not having any more kids. I have been on trt for a couple of years. In good physical health.
As I understand it, trt shuts down the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis. If I decide to do cycles of other aas, I am assuming I don't need to do PCT because I will continue trt anyway. The only exception I can think of is if I ultimately decide I want to stop aas altogether.
