I'm 57 years old, 6ft 200Ib and 12% body fat. I've been on TRT for over 15 months at 0.70ml Sustanon every 6 days. My blood works 3 months ago came in with high testosterone level of 51 nmol/L and raised Haematocrit of 0.520 L/L. My doctor requested further bloods 3 months later and lowered my Sustanon to 0.55ml every 6 day. I've just had my bloods done again and my testosterone levels have lowered to 35.8 nmol/L but my Haematocrit levels have raised to 0.566 L/L. My doctor has now advised me to stop taking my TRT and have further blood works done in 4 weeks. My blood pressure is normal and I feel in the best shape of my life. Should I be worried with the slightly raised Haematocrit levels? Is this a normal thing when guys take Anabolic Steroids? I'm worried my Testosterone levels will drop rapidly and I'll start feeling tired and depressed after being on Sustanon for over 15 months. Any advise will be greatly welcome.

Were you extremely hydrated when you got blood drawn?
I do alot of long cardio workouts and think it may be effecting my overall hydration levels. My bloods are taken first thing in the mornings around 9am and maybe should skip my morning coffee routine and see it makes a difference in the results. I have my next bloods booked at the end of October. My Kidney urea level was also 9.180 on my last bloods so I must have been dehydrated.

You don't drink caffeine before. You slam a ton of water, and your Hematocrit will drop.
