Whelp fuck it let’s do this again. Prep for a show in Oct
6’ 4ā€ weighed in at 224 this morning. And I’m 48 so my goal is still 2 years away. I want to destroy 50 year old dudes.
Completely forgot yesterday was my check in day oops 😬 so now to have to set alarms for that shit.
Running Monte’s PPL training concoction. Really like it and works well with my schedule.
I like competing it’s fun for me. I always tell people I’m already good at golf so I don’t want to play it. I’m not good at bodybuilding so it’s a challenge for me. Kinda where my mindset is
I improved my upper chest a little bit and hopefully my back. Being so long limbed it’s little tiny progress I’m happy with. Really going to work on posing this year. Working on vacuuming also. I will do classic and men’s physique

Slight dinner changes and 40 mins of cardio added. Damn I didn’t think I was that fat.
 
I realized I couldn’t compete against 50 year olds at 57. So I cracked down and stayed focused on four years later when I could do the 60s. My appearance between the two competition years is stark.
Imagine if, instead of breaking a growing phase to compete, you just hammered away for two more years.
But you need to be capable of visializing and staying focused for the next two years.
I am all for stage time to improve that aspect, the actual competition. But I would take improvements over competition experience any day.

Good luck. Of course I will be watching.
 
Yeah boredom would get in my way for 2 years.
Lega and arms today plus install a fan at the gym. Note to self don’t let your gym know you can fix anything. Arms juicy pumped holding up a fan above a door was exhausting.
Meals going in nicely. Nailing everything.

Why the heck is this site so slow the last couple days, ugh 😩
Dropped 3 lbs and can’t really explain it. But still making progress and I feel amazing.

Was 222 on Saturday. Coach changed some meals. Cardio was 40 mins so he drops it to 20 mins and I freaking dropped 2 more lbs. Actually felt hungry like really hungry like I wanted to eat for the first time in forever. Damn Glute machine is still kicking my ass. Like ass cramps. Haha bitches I can lift my arms without my chest completely fading. Fucking feeling awesome today. Abs are in if I remember to squeeze them.
