im 300 pounds 5'8 and my goal is 150-165 lean so far ive lost 50 pounds, what peptide stack would you guys recommend that would help me lose the most amount of weight possible the fastest specially if i combine with working out. Thank you.

i mean yea ive been doing diet and exercise thats why i lost 70 pounds i was interested in what could help me boost it
I mean sure you could increase the deficit, do more cardio, use stimulants/fat burners (not something I’d recommend at 300lbs) but the reality is bro you’re very overweight and you need patience. It’s gonna take time. Stay the course and be consistent and the results will come.

Get your bloodwork done. check your thyroid, testosterone, and other key hormones.
Once you have the results, then you can think about adding something on top of your diet and training, which are the real foundation.

Reta or semaglutide, T3/T4, an enhanced TRT, and finally some “stimulant” or a peptide… maybe GW (Cardarine)....…but that comes later.

If you’ve already lost weight, then you’re on the right track… don’t change what’s working.
