Planning ahead for 2nd blast

I’ve decided to run my first blast of test c and will start that in the next couple of weeks. I have blood work scheduled to get a baseline before hand. I’ve been on TRT for about 5 years at 100mg a week.

That being said, I know this may sound premature, but I am a planner and would also like to take advantage of any possible deals that may be upcoming over the next few months, so I’d like to get thoughts on a 2nd blast and a 2nd compound.

I know primo is often faked and is expensive, but I was thinking of running it for the lean gains and that seems to be easier on most systems then others.

Then I hear of some running EQ or NPP or DHB for shorter cycles, but for more gains in that shorter

Just wondering if I am over looking any other good compound for someone’s second cycle

And in the end….i may decided to blast test c again. Just trying to plan ahead
 
Probably would help to say what your goal with the actual cycle is?

Test/eq is solid tbh
I am shooting for a lean bulk. I have a little bit more to loose and then I’ll hit my upcoming test blast. Short break to make sure blood comes back good and then lean bulk.

My wife doesn’t like how lean I am slowing getting. She’s prefer me about 10-15lbs heavier. I know I won’t get there over night but I also don’t want to rush it.
 
I second test and eq, but I have no idea what your body comp is. Test and primo is nice but I will not be ordering any primo for a while. What stinks is that mast is running scarce as well because I get similar results from test and mast. Stay away from tren as a second, be mindful that if you do run a longer cycle like test and eq to keep an eye on bloodwork because it causes my hematocrit to get high, giving whole blood helps. Run at 2:1 test to second compound. Deca is also a friendly second cycle.

I ran DHB in my last blast for 5 weeks, 4 weeks at 100mg/wk and the last week at 200mg/wk because I wanted to see if the higher dosage would make any sort of difference. I ran it as I heard it could potentially have recomping abilities that were like tren lite, and I had some store credit so I decided to try it. Personally, it was a colossal waste and I'm not sure I'd ever run it again.

The two pros were:
  • I had no mental effects (not that DHB is known for that)
  • Didn't have PIP at all
The cons were numerous:
  • After 2 and a half weeks, I started getting lumps at the injection sites. They weren't painful, but they were noticeable.
  • Zero strength gains whatsoever.
  • Lethargy starting around the 3rd week that just kept getting worse.
  • Mild recomp at best.
  • Ended blast early due to aforementioned lethargy and got a blood test 2 days after the last injection. CRP came back at 8.2 which is pretty bad.
The weirdest thing was that my hips started itching like crazy. I don't inject on my hips but they would itch for hours at a time. I'm assuming this was inflammation related, but I've never experienced anything quite like this before, and frankly I don't want to experience it again.

Sorry for the long post, but if I were you I'd run EQ or NPP instead of DHB.

DHB gave me weird lumps too, almost like edema about the size of a silver dollar. No redness or fever to the touch. I abandoned the DHB and swapped it for mast e.

What was your first cycle w/ dosages? I ask because for a 2nd cycle you don't have to have a 2nd compound. People are getting carried away with combing 2, 3 and 4 compounds for a 2nd cycle. If you ran a moderate first cycle of test, I would simply up the dosage slightly and run it again. Especially for a lean mass phase.

Also how lean are you currently?

Going from 500 mgs per week to 750 mgs will make a difference if you are training and eating right. If he is in TRT then his baseline is probably 1000 to 1200 ng/dL @ 250 mgs per week so 750 mgs per week would probably have him in the 2000 to 2100 range, this is plenty high for a rec user.
