Hi - I am curious if anyone has ordered from PCT.ZONE lately? I know most of their products come from a warehouse in India and shipping has been a cluster lately. Thanks for your insights, fellas.

I believe they are going a different route atm. Why not contact them directly here? From feedback I have seen, packs are taking longer but landing.
 
Ordered Sept 1st, they waited to ship it till the 8th (which they said they would if you ordered late August early Sept) shipped the 8th, got to the UAE the 15th, and shipped to US. Either at customs rn or getting there soon, seems like everything is alittle slower with the shipping routes they take

They have always taken a while. But with the new tariff bs going on in India it won’t speed it up at all. Good source tho. I can vouch for their clen 💯

did you get a tracking # on the 8th? I'm assuming you did if you know later dates. I know there were notices about delays & unknowns but tele.gram is down & no response to email - only communication was order being processed. thanks for the good news. maybe it'll show up but it makes ME hesitant to place an order. I'm on the fence now.. I've ordered successfully in the past & it took 3 days to process & 2 wks to ship India to US (prior to tariff talks).. do you have experience with YMS . to ?

No experience with YMS, but yes they did send tracking, they are responding on other forums but with the tariffs none of this slow shipping comes as a surprise to me. On the site they estimate shipping to US anywhere 2-3 weeks, going on 13 days and 10 days rn

ok, thanks. 3 wks 4 days on this end. only have 1 past experience which was 2 wks - placed order late July.

Brother that is well within the reship policy. Try contacting them through the websites contact function, they should be able to reply to you there

I haven’t personally ordered from PCT.ZONE lately, but I’ve seen a few complaints about shipping delays and issues with customs. Definitely worth asking more recent users to share their experience before you pull the trigger.
 
Good news. I placed the order around Sep 11 and it just passed through Customs and is on the way to my home...fingers crossed, should be here in the next few days.
 
Ordered some Moda on the 25th to try them out , tracking still says the same thing “emirates group” probably stuck at the border as well?

Ordered the 22nd of sept, just checked tracking and states shipped to New York as of Oct 3rd. I’ll update when it arrives at my front door. Last 2 orders prior to the “tariffs” both delivery times were 14 days.

I’m in the uk it usually takes about 3 weeks for my products! I’ve ordered 3 times :)
