Greetings iron heads. I'm probably older than your typical member, and there isn't a lot of men my age runnning around lifting stuff. I'm pushing 60 this year. Been in the lifting game for 40 years, primarily for strength and self defense. Now that I'm older it's more body building and maintenance than anything else. Im currently 5-10 215 lb, too fat.
I have a lot of experience with cycles from the 70's and early eighty's, but things have changed. We didn't pay much attention to PCT and most cycles were pyramids. I only recently brought hormones back into my lifting, mainly due to aging, stamina, and some arhtritis. I maintain a constant level of testosterone, and expand this into a cycle 2-3 times a year for the last 3 years. My tolerance is lower, and I seem to get benefit from lower dosages. Like 275 andropen with 300 primo per week. I'm here for the informational learning, and to keep up with all you young wipper snappers.
