hello everyone, new here and to aas in general. Used to be really lean and fit in my twenties. Fell off for the last 7 years or so while I focused on my career while building a family. Started test seven weeks ago.

I’ve done some hw these last two months and about to get my first bloodwork on Saturday to see where my levels are at.

I’m currently running test c 125mg 3x a week. Working out four days a week and eating 1800 calories 150 grams of protein a day. Just wondering if some more knowledgeable minds have any input.
 
Without more information, generic advice is all you will get - And a lot of snark ;)

If you're serious about making a change, look into hiring a coach - Lots of good ones on here
