Looking to start a cycle but I don't want to go too crazy right off. Currently sitting at 32yo 6"2" 215lbs. 19% and I'm needing a little extra help in maintaining muscle and strength but still wanting to cut some more over the next few months. I have a diet pretty dialed in for now and exercise is HITT 2days and compounds push/pull splits 3-5days as time allows. So here is what I'm thinking from my own research.
Test E 50-100 per week x 4
Var 20 daily
Clen 20 daily

Any changes or should I push it a little harder?
