Looking to start a cycle but I don't want to go too crazy right off. Currently sitting at 32yo 6"2" 215lbs. 19% and I'm needing a little extra help in maintaining muscle and strength but still wanting to cut some more over the next few months. I have a diet pretty dialed in for now and exercise is HITT 2days and compounds push/pull splits 3-5days as time allows. So here is what I'm thinking from my own research.

Test E 50-100 per week x 4
Var 20 daily
Clen 20 daily
PCT:
Nolva 40 x 2wks
20 x 2wks
Any changes or should I push it a little harder?
 
At 20% bf you don't need anything to retain muscle. You have plenty of adipose to burn through before you hit muscle.

If your diet was dialed in you wouldn't be 20% and would lose weight. Get down to around 12% bf first to show you have things in check before cycling. That cycle for your situation is not good anyway.

Have you ran bloods yet to see where your T is at? 200mg a week of E is super low and what most run at TRT levels. I’d check your levels and base test off that for first cycle. Thought about just a high test cycle for first go?

Right on so just wait til at least 15% and hit it from there? Or is there a different cycle I should be looking for after I reach that goal. I say it's dialed in because I have lost 30lbs. Already and feel like I'm plateauing.

Agreed with this. With BF at 20% issus with estrogen could arise. Ideally get down to 15% and then for a first go KISS....a single long ested testosterone for 12wks....see how you respond to the erogenous hormone and go from there.

Then you reduce more calories and increase cardio., Drugs aren't the answer here.
 
you got it man. 15% is just gonna create problems when running gear and then you have no room to grow if you wanted to cause you're already fat. And Yes, 15% is fat for bodybuilder's.
Trackin, I just know that I used to be down to about 13 but 18 is where my body starts to struggle (genetics I think) so I was just going to try and push past that part. Once I get to 15 I tend to do pretty well with maintenance. I just know I'm starting to get a little older and I didn't know if there was something to help me break over.

Your body isn't struggling to lose weight between 13-18%

Please post an updated pic so we can see what's going on. Most people underrate their bf so when you say 19% I'm thinking it's higher, but I may be wrong.
