I swear this is getting nutty. Spent the last few days researching this compound and the phase II trials that have been done thus far. Essentially its hopefully Sema, Tirz, Rata with Myo Statin Inhabiting Properties. So, with the first three generations we see large lean tissue loss along with adipose. This compound thus far has held and actually added lean tissue in conjunction with the adipose loss. Very early in the process with only a few randomized controlled trials (currently Phase II), but interesting nonetheless especially the method of action. We'll see what the future brings and if is legit.

It’s like that old breath mint commercial: “It’s four, four, four drugs in one!!” Really interesting next gen where polypharmacy gets wrapped into a single oral. I suppose the effects would be expected to be somewhat (not exactly, but close to) like Reta plus hGH, which certainly seems to work for many. I know tirz plus low dose hGH (plus TRT as a confounder) - plus lifting - worked great for me dieting down to lose fat and retain muscle.

I wonder if the subjects exercised or if the muscle was just maintained through the IGF-1 agonism. Will have to see if that’s in the notes or another study. Also wonder if the lower side effect profile is from hitting each pathway with a lower dose but getting a total effect of similar magnitude from the combination.

funny I just did a deep dive on this today myself. Looks promising especially with the IGF 1 effects could be some really helpful synergy’s with compounds I would assume
