My bloodwork dehydrated vs hydrated. Labs pulled 8 hours apart.

Just want to show you guys in real time the importance of hydration and its impact on Hematocrit and Kidney values. I’ll post the results in order. The first two pictures are my labs extremely dehydrated vs the second two pictures are going to be lab results taken 8 hours later. I’m hoping this can show some of the guys that don’t get their water in how important it actually is.

Obviously I was able to hydrate fully and get plenty of electrolytes in that 8 hour time frame.

You can clearly see the extreme difference in there and I figured the guys the are hammering caffeine all day and not getting water in could take something away from this.

Extreme difference, I think if your 200+ 1.5 gallons of water a day is a great idea. Almost an 8 point difference in hematocrit. I forgot to post platelet count but dehydrated was 430 hydrated was 300 I believe.

I heard in Cali there’s some clinics that will hook you up to an IV bag for like 25$ I wish they had that by me. I’d give them all my money 😂I haven’t tried it, but I see it at the store. I’ll try it out.

I know you can in Vegas, for sure.
 
I just worry about having to piss while waiting 2 hour to get bloods done...What a PITA healthcare has become.

I figured it was about time to give back to the community. I ALWAYS put a few pinches of Himalayan pink sea salt in my gallons. You barely notice it. I’m also a whore for blue Powerade zero 😂

Let me know how the labs go! Also cutting out caffeine before the labs WILL make a difference just food for thought.
