Mixed Info, First Cycle

As the thread reads, so many mixed messages out there over what the first cycle should be. I am mainly looking for something simple. Been training for almost 10 years about to be 30 and want to start taking something easy at first.

Is just hopping on only Test E a good idea? Not really sure how much to take a week or what to take or for how long tbh. On the internet, there are also many people recommending taking a SARM and Test but also have read that is complete shit.
I am about to go get my blood work done to see how I would fit into all of this.

Any great books or articles to read on what the first cycle should be would be great. Or if you have any experience that would help too.

Side note, I live right next to Mexico on the border and am also thinking of buying the Test over there or from one of the many great vendors I have seen from the forms.
 
Test E 500mg split into 2 weekly doses. Run that 12 weeks then PCT. No need for anything else or sarms in my opinion. You use test first cycle to learn the basics of controlling estrogen and seeing how your body reacts to just that. Blood work recommended before during and after. You will grow a shit ton if your eating and training is right.

Thank you! I am actually thinking about buying from Juice Daddy but see many different types of Test E, which one would be best to start off with or one you have personally had a great experience with?

Test E is just what I use but you could also go for Test C with the same protocol as above. They’re all gonna be the same test just different labs. I’ll shoot you a message!

Get bloodwork before anything. If you want to share that with me, Ill gladly coach you on the first cycle just to help out.

100% agree with Ziath on this one. All you need is a moderate dose of Test and an AI such as aromasin or arimidex. Training and food will be the most important aspects, so make sure those are in check first. I also recommend to take your recovery serious as well. You grow outside of the gym.
