I get my Test C through a clinic for hypogonadism, and they have my prescribed 200mg weekly (I have pinned 100mg 2x/week since Feb, when I started) took about 3 months to get my levels up, got to 1599, she backed me off to 180mg/wk and started arimidex (e2 was 110, though for reference, I was 415lbs @ 48%BF May 15th) I said fuck the reduced dose and kept up the 200mg because I felt like I coukd conquer the world but did start the Anastrozole (.5mg 24hrs after each injection) 4 weeks ago, I had come down to 1200 Total and 32 e2, they said they'd check labs again 90 days. After busting my ASS with a hard calorie deficit, working out like an animal, and the help of hint of retatrutide, Ive gotten down currently to 292lbs @ 33%BF. This week I decided to step it up and bumped up to 350mg (split 3x weekly and increased my protein intake from 220g/day to 300g/day and went from 4 days training to 6 days. Calories from 1800 to 2300. Im desperately clawing at 20% and another 8-12lbs of lean muscle mass (I'm at 209lbs LMM current) in the next 8 weeks (by Jan 1, 2026) Debating adding a low dose tren (low dose because Im hella intimidated by its psychological sides more than any of its other effects but other than that, my lipids and cardio labs are AMAZING) to speed up the androgen effects, and a 2mg tesamorelin daily dose to cut the fat faster.

All that back Info to ask this:

I cant find Testosterone to save my fucking life from anyone besides my clinic, and my urologist wont prescribe it since my levels are above 900, she says I dont need it, even though the only reason its that high is because of the prescribed TRT. My starting level was 147. When it gets close to time for my labs, how soon do I need to back off the blast to my regular prescribed dose to bring my levels back to "optimized" so they dont cut me off for clearly being at performance levels? I've discussed with them before my ideas of thinking about going this route, considering they do alot of other services as well, they say "dont be embarrassed to talk about these things" and yet when I talk about it they really advise to just use peptides instead. When my T got to 1599, She was quickly like "you need to start a baby aspirin, and start fish oil, here's anastrazole, and make sure you go donate blood too" I'd much rather manage my T on my own and do my own labs, but until I find a TRUSTED supply, this is what I have for now.

So how long ahead of time do I back off and will I still maintain alot of the muscle Ive gained. In the first week alone, Ive noticed a rather hardness to my triceps that wasnt there previously after my. Workouts, muscles seem to have instantly more definitely and are more solid 24-36 hours out post workout. My hunger has gone through the roof already (even through the 300g protein) like my sleep has increased from 5hrs to 8hrs easily, its like my body straight up went "THIS IS WHAT I NEED, NOW"

I have been for the last 6 months, very rapidly, I said that in the post. I'm down 123lbs and down 15% body fat. Im trying to speed up a bit more by the end of the year. Been on moderate TRT from a legit clinic since Feb. Just this week started increasing.

At 33% bf your issue is not gear. Hop on a moderate trt from legit Dr or clinic and lose weight. It comes through diet, training and cardio. Not gear.

Tren is going to fuck you up at that weight and body fat. That simple. I would drop the test to 200 or less and keep up dieting. I’ve tried tren and like 18-19% bf and I felt like shit and got nothing out of it except shitty blood work, shitty mood and high BP and night sweats. I did it again at like 12-13% and it was a totally different experience. Everyone responds differently but Tren is a dangerous game when there are way more effective options for weight loss at extremely high BF like yours. But best of luck.

I appreciate the advice. Ive been back and forth on it for a while, and the desperation to at least try to speed this up has me overlooking the negatives. Thats another reason I came here. Advise like this from people who've been on this stuff first hand helps alot. Yeah I have gotten my bloodwork and BP down to amazing levels now, I really dont wanna fuck that up again.

Main issue with what you’re saying is to “speed” something up. This takes patience. Anything that comes fast, is usually dangerous or does not last. It took you years to get that heavy, so give yourself grace and allow yourself to lose it, without destroying your health to do it. Lock in, do this shit consistently until you get to a lean bf%. It’s a lifestyle, treat it like that and just let go of rushing shit.

Weight loss and muscle gain is a marathon not a sprint. Don’t set timelines, ignore the scale and keep up the hard work. Earned progress goes farther then easy gains. Seems like you’re on the right track. Keep up the good work.
Thanks man. I stopped focusing on the scale so hard as I starting to recomp and not just lose weight, I started getting annoyed at first forgetting muscle is heavier than fat, so I started focusing on full body composition more. But looking in the mirror now is actually starting to piss me off cause I still see that fat 415lb dude staring back at me laughing so Its fucking with my head. Ive started running every morning, juat putting so much focus into doing everything I possibly can to keep moving forward.

easy dude slow down before you hurt yourself --only do as much as you need, not as much as you want because it seems faster. going to fast can be worse than not doing anything at all! there are plenty of places to get test but right now your doc should be able to give you enough, also are you ready for tren?,good thing to read about! at over 400 lbs sounds like you should be working doctors as much as you can for awhile just so you don't fuck yourself up ! lotta smart people here that can give you good advice if you listen --i know they have helped my old ass over the years

Yeah its alot of mental fear tbh. I look in the mirror and still that huge fucker staring back at me and it just scares the fuck outta me of ever becoming that unhealthy again so

I used to be over 400. Im way down from there. Im 292 now. And yeah I've gotten alot of caution from alot of guys already, im gonna chill on it

From 400 to 292 is huge man, keep doing what your doing .... Seems
to be working!
Id drop my Test dose to normal TRT for 4 weeks prior to giving bloods.

My friend I keep it simple. Congratulations on your weight loss which is remarkable, but at the end of the day its not the gear and its your diet. I am on TRT 200mg per week and under 10% BF. Trust me its not the test and its my workout, cardio, diet and rest. All these other gear combinations and cycles comes in handy when you body fat is pretty decent, you already have a good base and now taking to another level.
Anyway, many different people with different opinions so best of luck to you and congratulations on what you have accomplished already.
