I seem to sleep better after 10 minutes of stretching and traction for my neck..
Which is due to old age and stupid shit in my past..
Stupid like..185lbs
.upright rows and behind the neck shoulder presses..
I even suffered for days after..but I didn't care..
That's the stupid part..
I have old injuries as well..
But some were self inflicted..

Seem like a little home PT...Really helps..

Any of you..
Having the same issues..??
