High Estrogen-AI or Primo/EQ

Pulled bloods this past week and Estradiol ultra sensitive came back high at 155 (Total Test 1778, Free Test 555). This is on 210mg/week of Test Cyp pinned daily IM.

Feeling pretty good although have a little bit of acne on my chest. Thinking of hopping on an AI just to bring the number down some. But am also thinking of trying a low dose of Primo or EQ for estrogen management and as a TRT plus.

Any thoughts or preferences?

If your e2 is that high I do some arimidex to get it down immediately, but then you can incorporate eq later down the road.

Probably 18-20%.

I’m just going to guess that it’s more than you think personally and I’d work on dropping some of that e2 should come down with that as well

Definitely more than 20% in my opinion. Dial the diet in idk what cardio looks like either but that should help. I’d throw aromasin in now to help control it before throwing in more compounds and dial in diet and cardio etc
