i get bloodwork tmr but im already assuming i have a high hematocrit js from smoking i dont want to do much and have cooked hematocrit

Well there’s your first problem. You’re a smoker and you’re trying to just use drugs to boost endurance.

Quit smoking. Cuz it’s the absolute dumbest thing in the world to take drugs that can have negative impact on your health just to counteract the negative impacts of other drugs.

My man. If you don’t know that any amount of exogenous test is going to fuck with your hormone levels… you have a lot to learn.

i do know and that’s why i don’t want to mess around w the dose ? even if i titrate up or down my hormones can get all fucked up

i’ve been plotting on this for abt a year now, only reason i’m js getting bloodwork is because my insurance was saying inactive so i had to find a place to get bloodwork no insurance and cheap and have to wait for an appt

Donate blood then. But it’s still dumb af to take drugs to boost your endurance when you spend half the year doing everything to ruin it. You’re not Kevin Levrone who can spend half his year touring with a band then blow up into the Olympia.

i’ve only been able to research individual topics and not stuff i need to know, this website doesn’t have a thread just for people to learn general knowledge that is needed or is buried underneath thousands of botted threads
