I try to make helpful threads so hopefully vets will help chime in for newbies on things you tried supplements orals injectables that you weren't ethier ready for or nutritional supplements that did the opposite for you and made bad side effects or oral/injectables that cause you harm from non knowledge I think this will help newbies in the game with learning with out having to ask or feel stupid asking! Ill do mine for me it's dmaa and dhma for some reason I can't handle it I try ever time I get extreme cold chills and shakes I can't even talk right I just get silent on it it's not good for my body

that's a great one ! Had mine because I was 23 gonna refuse to check my trt levels I refused to leave because I knew my test was low and he finally agree to test it he called me and apologized said I don't understand it your levels are 170 like a 60 year old man how are you functioning
