Gonna say most of us older guys have some pain,discompfort,etc in our back.
For what ever reason.
I just started this hanging thing.
Can't explain the overall feeling it gives ya man.
This will be a staple for me now..
Highly recommend it!!
 
I tried hanging, actually wanted to do pull-up too, but my shoulders just hate it as soon as I hang, I’ve went back and forth on trying low dose Deca,50 mg a week for months and decided to pull the trigger, I’m on my third week ,haven’t noticed anything but I’ll stick with it for at least 12 weeks and see. I would like to do what your saying.
 
Ol’ Kwai Chang Cain loved a little hanging. Hung hung and done.

How long did it take for you to notice any benefits?

And how long are u hanging for ?

Been thinking about doing this too… supposedly good for the shoulders and my shoulders are always aching
 
Just finished 2nd day of hanging after wo.work..
4×15secs
Keep in mind I'm about as flexible as the tin man!!
feel lats really stretching as well today..
Soon as I let go of hang.
Really feel just a calming effect..no clue why man..
This is just me..
Amywayz figured is keep this updated..
Hopefully down the line back pain will not be as bad upon waking..
