Hey all,
as the title suggests i've got my first cycle coming up, and i'd appreciate those more experienced than i giving advice and criticism (the constructive kind of course
).
I'm not a complete rookie, i've dabbled plenty with peptides (ghrp2, mod-grf, cjc). Although that ship has sailed due to me developing a nasty allergy to CJC1295. But i do have experience with pinning etc.
Some stats:
Age: 24
Weight: 85kg/187 lb
Height: 5'8
BF%: last reading was 12.2%
Lifts:
3rm Bench: 125kg/275 lb
3rm Squat: 170kg/374 lb
3rm Deadlift: 210kg/473 lb
do cardio 4x week just walking on the treadmill incline
Diet is always different, but the main staple foods are:
chicken breast/thighs/mince
turkey mince
beef mince
steaks
eggs/egg whites
almond butter
oats
sweet potato
rice
avocado/mushrooms/asparagus/zucchini/kale/spinach.
always aim for 3000-3500 cals a day
if i'm not home and need food i'll usually seek out sushi.
i may or may not enjoy the odd cookie
Now on to the cycle.
weeks 1-5 100 mgs test prop eod
weeks 1-12 500 mgs test E/week
weeks 13-15 100 mgs test prop eod
weeks 1-15 25mg proviron ed
Aromasin 12.5mg ed (or as needed, things may change, ill see how i react to the test)
PCT
nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid 100/100/50/50
thinking about hcg
i have all of the PCT, AI, and proviron on hand now. The test can be obtained very quickly. wanted to post this before getting any of the gearz.
So, there it is. 3 questions:
would adding anavar for the last 6 weeks at 50mg ed be advised/recommended/encouraged/condemmed?
i suffer from mild psoriasis on my abdomen. will gear aggravate it?
Have i overlooked anything?
