Heads up, we had a customer reach out to let us know that he had accidentally emailed StadaLab@proton.me (notice labs in not plural). They even changed their Protonmail display name to match ours, making it even more deceptive. The account IS ACTIVE and WILL take your hard earned money… and worst of all your sweet juicy celestial gains.

Be safe friends, we’d absolutely hate to see you lose any of that hard earned dough!
 
Imitation is the biggest form of flattery…. But we do not like it 🤬

If you have a second of doubt contact us. We will never chase you down for payment. These scammers are persistent on your payment. That’s your red flag.

What’s crazy is I emailed for the automated list from Stada. It didn’t show up but a short time after this email came so that seemed like maybe I got the email because I requested an updated list which made it seem completely legit. Only a small loss but still pisses me off.

Verify their actual email address! Do NOT go by their name!

Another unfortunate member sent money to the wrong person, I absolutely HATE to see this happen. Always double check with any of the team if you’re unsure.

Like my man @FearsomeCOR said, click the email name to see the actual email address. It will show as StadaLabs but the email will be a fake one.

And like @StellarLabs said, we will not reply with “take an extra 10% off your order”. You guys will know if we run a sale, we do not reply with extra deals.

Pay close attention guys.. copy the email from our signatures.. cannot misspell or mistype doing it that way.

When in doubt contact us.

hey folks, watch out for scammers using "stadalab@proton.me. Note, not stadalabs, but stadalab, no 's'. The header will even show "From: stadalabs@proton.me".
They may send an email saying "freebie on your next order".

Guys, please please message one of us if you’re unsure. You’re never a bother to any of us! If something feels off it probably is.
