40m..dabbled in a few test only cycles when younger..

Last year, was prescribed trt for "low ish" levels. Was having fatigue, low energy, soreness forever after workouts, depression..decided to get checked...test was 400. Well within normal range but felt like crap..decided to use Defy medical (most likely a cop out bc i did not have hypogonadism and really wanted a boost to mood and my body comp) and was on 150 cyp/week. I was on trt for a little over a year and dealt w elevated hct and bp. My hct runs high at baseline (high end of normal 49/50 ish)..the trt had me up to 53 with bp up to 140s/150s systolic on a regular basis. I donated q2 months but wasn't eligible for double red due to.not having blood type they needed. Barely touched the hct. I had to get low dose amlodipine from pcp to manage the bp. Drank a ton of water, cardio, fish oil, bromelain, etc...not much helped the hct...it honestly became such a pain in the ass I ended up getting off trt entirely as of may this year.

Ive felt fine since...no more bp or hct issues..but man do I miss the feeling of when I was on it.

Id like to try a standard test only cycle for about 10 to 12 weeks , or perhaps with some mast added..but im figuring if my issues were that pronounced on only 150/week...I can only imagine how much of a pain 500/week would be. Or perhaps the 12 week limit might not cause such issues....what do u think?

Yeah, that's a tough one with the HCT and BP. I've heard some guys have luck with more frequent, smaller donations, but it sounds like you tried a lot already. Maybe the shorter cycle would be manageable, but definitely keep a close watch on those numbers if you bump up the test. 🤔
