Dealing with Gyno on-cycle

I've never had to deal with gyno in the past, but yesterday I noticed the nips were slightly puffy. Today, they are puffier and getting a little sensitive. I immediately upped my AI, but I want to be extremely proactive about this. I'm at the beginning of this cycle. Do you guys recommend Nolva or Letro to nip this in the bud? Or, should I just keep the AI jacked?
 
I'd add 10mgs of Nolva. What are you running? If you're on Tren it could be prolactin related. I have to run Prami with Tren otherwise I get the puffy nips as well...
 
Will do. Thanks for the advice, brotha. Overnight from research-stop is in order. Would you just run the nolva until the gyno subsides and then let the AI do its thing?
 
Once I get this little flare up under control, I will definitely be at 2-3 pumps per day with the formeron. I was just TOTALLY caught off guard for so many reasons: 1) I've never had gyno in the past, even with high test doses and intermittent AI use 2) The test E hasn't kicked in yet 3) I didn't think Methadrol had aromatized much and 4) I haven't been on Prop all that long. Damnnnnnnn
 
Not 100% sure about this as we're still learning about formeron weekly but going to 3 pumps alongside the Nolva til sides subside and dropping back to hopefully 2 pumps should keep you back in check. Seems I read in one of Brundel's posts over a gram test a week should require 3 Pumps. Below that down to 600-700 2 pumps, 1 pump below 600. Have to Check in BRL's forum to confirm

I would be much more inclined to agree with you on the Letro if OP actually had true gyno (hard, painful lumps) but he's only experiencing mild sensitivity and puffiness in the nips at the moment. Most likely he only needs to lower his E levels a little bit, and I personally think Letro would be a overkill for the symptoms he's currently experiencing. Just my opinion tho.
 
I run Aromasin 12.5mg EOD when cycling on test e, or test prop. The blood work I have gotten who.e on cycle, helps me keep the E levels where I want them to be (between 10-30). If I do get symptoms, I run nolvadex at 40mg q d, until sx have subsided, the dc the use, and keep on hand if other sx ariase.

40mg every day? I have very little experience with tamox. Isn't that a very high dose? Others have recommended 10mg qd until symptoms subside.

I agree. I read post on the fly and nolva for sure is what you need. I do recommending getting some letro on hand in case it gets worse.

I do believe it is a high dose, however I responded better to the 40mg dose for like 3 days, then stop. Not sure why that is, maybe just me
 
My puffiness seems to be going down today. I'm at 10mg on the Nolva and 3 pumps on the formeron. Probably a combo of increased AI and Nolva that is doing the trick. There is still some slight puffiness and sensitivity but I definitely think I am on the mend.

It definitely is a high dose, but hey, if it's an emergency, you gotta do what you gotta do.
 
Update: thanks for everyone who has posted advice on this thread. I've been hitting the nolva at 20 mg/day and formeron at 4 pumps/day. Everything is looking good boys :thumbup:
