Good morning. Sorry for the long message and poor formatting as I’m on my phone. Thanks in advance for any help/guidance. I’m 6 weeks into my second blast and would like to double check my understanding of my blood work results. I read a lot of posts and think I have a good handle on things but appreciate
I am currently on 400 test cyp / 300 NPP / 300 primo (sourced last year from a board sponsor but waited to use so I know it is legit). I used test as my base and NPP for growth potential and joints. I chose primo for the AI effect with test and NPP. I pin Mon, Weds, & Fri and taking .25 anastrozole Tuesday, Thurs, & Sat. I aromatize and use it with TRT so I kept it in play even with the primo.
Currently weighing 208 from 197 (started at 10% body fat) and eating 3400 calories daily (215g protein). I train six days a week PPL (Creeping Death 2). I drink at least a gallon of water a day and do light cardio 2-3 times per week. I also take 3iu HGH (general recovery) and 12.5mg of anavar pwo a few times a week. I feel good, recover well and go hard in training. Sleep is an average of 6.5 hours daily, though in bed longer just wake up through the night (I don’t have sleep apnea).
What I see:
-My ferritin levels are low, likely caused by donating every couple months. I’m going to rethink this going forward.
-My e2 might be a little bit low for the testosterone levels so maybe I should scale back the AI a little.
-cystatin c results are better readings of creatinine and egfr level. Likely due to lean mass, high protein and creatine.
-SHBG and HDL are low. Should I cut out he anavar completely?
-hematocrit was elevated (2 months since last donation). Do more cardio & drink more water or adjust blast?
-I feel good so no negative symptoms one way or the other, just looking to see if I am missing anything or any thoughts on adjustments.
