Are there any actual human beings that work at Analiza?? Are they fuckin retarded? Or do the Polish just have terrible customer service??

I’ve sent a sample to be analiza’d, it landed a few days ago, multiple sent emails but not a goddamn whisper back?? They don’t want my $250 USD?? Has any individual on here tried to use their service with actually communicating with a human? Jano is waaaay better at this whole process…

I’ve used them before. They took about 3 days to respond. They are extremely foreign. The testing is legit but the service admittedly is ass lol

Ok gotcha.. seems like every email I send has a 3-4 day response time. For the simplest little thing too. Guess I’m spoiled by Jano

Jano has a great support team/person running the emails. He’s got it down to a T. at least analiza doesn’t take payment before the vial arrives, maybe this is why lol
