Today was legs and abs, and it felt like a clean reset button. I kept things a bit lighter since my lower back was acting up, but the pump still hit and the whole session felt smooth because my headspace was on point. Mentally I’m dialed , tunnel vision focused and it honestly helps a ton that I’m having zero side effects. When nothing’s bugging you, it’s way easier to fully lock in and chase progress. Abs felt great too, and it’s wild finally seeing definition show up after never having them before. Ready to keep the week going strong! Today was more of a calm day for me able to rest and get this lower back feeling 100% again. Almost had a cheat day today but was able to stay strong and not give in to temptation
