Adding gh for the first time curious on onset of specific benefits and synergy in my cycle

Almost a continuation from my previous post that has info on my aas cycle and cycling history I’ll give a short summary on current cycling
Body stats- 76kg - 6-8% bf and 5,10
Bloods all good and blood pressure taken daily average 115/72 and hr at resting is 65-70 and I get a regular yearly ecg just for extra precaution

As of currently
Testosterone E- 630 mg a week- 90 mg daily reason being I’m very lean and I was struggling with low e2 on 400mg a week previously I was a high aromatiser on only 250 mg I had high e2 when in the mid to high teens bf.

Equipoise-350mg a week dosed daily only added in 6 days ago so no effect

Masteron propionate-200mg weekly had been running it near the end of my cut love the cosmetic effect

Tren ace 35 mg a week dosed daily- 5mg a day- for some reason I used to be able to run higher doses of tren not extremely but around 20 mg daily comfortably can only sleep on 35 now and personally still get the benefits

Tirz-3mg a week just slight appetite suppression as I got abit ravenous near the end of my cut and didn’t fancy touching stims or Fat burners

Future - I plan on dropping the tren and masteron in a few weeks once my cuts done and I’m stage lean my purpose of this is a runway for my first proper offseason growth phase and having good insulin sensitivity and being a perfect composition to respond

So growth phase will be test and eq at those doses stated may adjust depending on e2 on bloods

QUESTION

I want to add in some gh for lipolysis and fullness as I’m definitely pretty flat at this bf will 4iu suffice for that purpose and how long does it usually take to notice an increase in fullness
 
I don't know why you are using a GLP-1 agonist when you are 6-8%. EQ will probably crush your estrogen especially since you don't produce much to begin with. No estrogen and GH is useless. To me you should drop the GLP-1 and rebound by upping calories and use something else besides EQ unless you know it doesn't crush your estrogen.

The glp 1 I added in at around 12% as I was struggling with appetite slightly and also for some insulin sensitivity benefits I’m not leaving it In there for my growth phase it’s more of a background and I also don’t know how I respond to eq as it’s my first time using and yes I am going to do a rebound very shortly I just have been getting as lean as possible so I can prolong my growth phase and I also am planning on competing after this growth phase so I wanted to have some prior experience of getting real shredded not just beach lean
 
Maybe drop the eq and keep the tren if u are gonna use gh and are worried about low estrogen.If you are dialed in with training and food u can start to notice a difference from gh in about a month, I started to notice fuller muscles and a little belly fat loss at 3 weeks, wasn’t anything drastic but still noticeable, at 2.5-3 months it’s a pretty noticeable difference,it seems to compliment the other compounds and tie everything together nicely

Also, if you are trying to cut, you can leave a low-dose of the GLP in there to help keep insulin sensitivity good while on HGH. I think they are a great combo and really accelerates the belly fat loss when used together

I agree with this comment. You are already low BF, drop the Tirz. At this low e2, you estrogen is probably very low, so EQ is going kill your joints and kill your sex drive. Yeah, without some estorgen, your GH will not provide your igf1. Slowly add back in the calories at about 500 rate per every 2 weeks. This way you do not put on too much BF. At this low bf and using EQ, have you had blood work to see where you e2 is at? Plus with mast I bet you are dry with high DHT levels.
