SLEEP 8hrs
EAT I had a great day yesterday for diet I have cut out snacking and have increased my water intake to fill the gap a full belly of water is better than snacks and junk outside of the planned diet.
DAMN FOOD IS CRAZY EXPENSIVE SMH
TRAIN today off day but I will be active all day
Things are well im happy and its been awhile since I have been happy with progress
Weigh in 228lb again but this is good because I had a slip and went upto 232lb again so I lost that weight now
