New Member- Taking TRT for 9 months. Muscle loss.

Hi I’m nee here but have a concern on my weight & muscle loss. I have been taking TRT last 9 months recommendations and correct dosage from my doctor. I was overweight when I started 5’7 208 I am now down to 180lbs and loosing muscle mass in my legs rest of my body. I have been eating 200 grams of protein a day. Any recommendations on how to increase my weight would like to be at 185-190.

Agreed diet/exercises would help alot on understanding, also how many calories are you eating a day?
