    Very dehydrated when I wake up in the morning, might have solved it, what are your thoughts?

    My second cycle, starting week 2 tomorrow and everything is going as to plan, with the exception of one thing, I sweat profusely during the night and I wake up dehydrated, my first piss is dark brown colored which leads me to believe I am loosing too much H20 and electrolytes during my sleep...
