I'm 2 weeks into a Test/tbol cycle, and tomorrow I was supposed to start with some deca.

BUT,

I overdid it on the overhead press machine, and hurt my shoulder. 99% of mobility is there, but very specific motions, like putting my hand behind my back(as if i were being handcuffed) feels like someone's digging around in my shoulder with a screwdriver.

Should I carefully continue my cycle, or call it quits, pct, and restart when im at 100%?

Keep the cycle and train around the injury. You must have zero injuries… some of us have many and if we stopped due to them we’d be natural.
Besides the usual knees, lower back, etc. this is the only one I ever get worried about, since I'm always afraid of tearing it.

It's Wonderful when you can get through a Cycle without something either Mentally or Physically, f-ing with you..
The Trick..
Knowing WHEN to pull the plug, due to injuries or whatever negative is going on..
Cycles are expensive..not just the gear...but supps..food..ect..
I've done both..stopped and continued..
A shoulder injury, isn't a good one to misread...
Lots of Rotorary Cuff injuries on this Forum..

I agree with Astro95..
If it becomes worse..you'll know..
Get it checked..if a real problem.
Ditch the Cycle..

Do exercises that don’t hurt. Keep it pushing. Unless I tear something I’m not letting anything stop me. If absolutely necessary take a couple days off recover and go back at it.

I had a slight Grade 2 Pec tear on Incline Bench 15 days ago. BPC-157 and i have avoided all pressing and fly movements for a couple of weeks to give it time to heal. I'll start back slow and light for the next 2-3 weeks and reassess. Dont stop, but dont be stupid either. Then again, our testosterone levels make it almost impossible to differentiate being smart from being stupid. 🤣

I would keep going, avoid the pressing for a couple of weeks, then ease back into it. Keep in mind, muscles grow stronger much faster than tendons. You have to be aware of how fast your weight is progressing. When that 1RM becomes a 10 rep working set in just a matter of weeks, probably smart to back it down before something pops.

...ask me how I know.

I'll be the odd one out and say put it off. You will be pushing more weight due to the gear which in turn will increase risk of further injury, compensating or not pushing hard by working around it.

I like to be 100% to push 100% without any concerns on cycle.

No right or wrong answer.

I'd get it checked. Something as simple as a strained supraspinatus put me down for a while not too long ago. Could've been a lot worse if I'd continued. A few weeks of PT was a lot better option. It's a marathon anyway not a sprint as is said so often. Don't screw up and make the marathon longer than it has to be. Just my 2 cents.

From personal experience. Not letting it heal properly will never end well. Think about 10 years down the road when you can't lift a 12 pack
