Wife had gastric by pass years ago. She got on tirz and lost a bunch of weight. Lot of peptides will make her blood sugar crash. She is ready to try and build some muscle. I was thinking maybe low dose anavar and 1iu HGH. Thoughts knowing the blood sugar issues?

Drugs not the answer im sure u will get post of bunch of things.good luck bro.

My wife had recently lost 75lbs and sacrificed some muscle in the process. She also wanted to regain some muscle mass so I put her on a dose of hard ass work without drugs. She's doing great and the side-effects do not have a negative impact on her blood sugar. Thats my recommendation: Hard work, 7 days per week.

My wife lost weight from 283# down ti 141# I think at her lowest weight. She started weight training about 3 months in. Never had a GLP1 at first. She’s never been on any PEDs. She looks fantastic. It can be done without jacking with their hormones. That can create a lot more harm than good for a lot of women.

Drop the Triz, eat properly and be consistent with the workout. Get a plan on nutrition and whatever weight training program she settles on, if she’s new to working out , she’ll put on muscle, consistency is the word of the day. Cardio isn’t a bad thing either.

Pretty much agree with all the comments before me. Trick is proper diet and exercise and not steroids. Steroids for me personally is for TRT and for advanced bodybuilding and shows. Good luck brother.

It doesn't sound like you have any idea what you're doing much less messing with your wife's hormones.

Women's hormones significantly more complicated then men's.

Glp1s i think are fine but that's all.
My wife lost weight just with a glp1 from 190 to 132. Didn't even have to work hard and looks good and she's happy.

Aim for her health and happiness not yours.

Id never in a million years suggest my girl does any of the things to her body that I do. Being in recovery from alcohol and drugs I literally envy her. She has never done a drug, drinks caffeine maybe 2x a week and does pilates.

There’s a lot of missing background here, and without that it’s impossible to give a responsible answer. What you’re describing really isn’t something that should be approached with GLP-1s or PEDs.

A gastric bypass is a major surgery with long-term metabolic consequences, and it can create issues with nutrient absorption, blood sugar regulation, and hormone balance. Because of that, self-medicating - especially with drugs that affect metabolism, can be genuinely risky.

Not trying to talk down to you at all, but given the complexity of your wife’s situation, this is absolutely something that needs medical oversight rather than experimenting with compounds on your own. The safest first step is getting her evaluated for the causes of the hypoglycemia and making sure her nutrition and labs are solid before anything else is considered.

And honestly, if she’s just lost a lot of weight and is now ready to build muscle, she probably doesn’t need a chemical boost to start seeing progress. In fact, going straight to PEDs can make it harder to stay motivated later without them, and could end up doing more harm than good.

Back story is i kind of just was looking to help her get more motivated. Thought if she saw some muscle building she would get back motivated quicker. I know that food is what causes the blood sugar drop. When she eats right shes good. She loves to train when SJE'S in the groove. i have lost 200 lbs myself with no surgery my self and trained 3 years before I hopped on gear. I wish I would have got one 2 years ago.. I was just looking at options of a safer way to get her up to speed

She is the example of consequences later down the road after that surgery. too bad we didn't have GLP1'S back then

Drugs for motivation is never a good path to go down my man.

Does it work? Sure, it will. I won’t lie. But it’ll create a bad situation.

Get her set on creating healthy habits and forming a new routine she enjoys. Once she's consistent, she'll see gains. My wife is plenty happy just running a few peptides like NAD, MOTS-C, KLOW and low dose gh for the anti aging. She's noticed some solid changes after 6 months of routine lifting, better diet choices and finding her groove for what she enjoys and what goals she is setting. Take it low and slow brother...no need to jump the gun and hit her with some fuckin' var!
