Thanks guys. Haha it’s funny but I workout with a 212 pro and we both want what the other has. Fun banter with him.
This is how you stay motivated. My friend here is a Phyique pro and his wife a Wellness Olympian.
I don’t train with them but we are in the gym alongside each other, complimenting, criticising and overall supporting.
Nothing better than having these folks around.

But alas…in a few weeks I am back in the land of Waygu potatoes. All of them looking the same since I started going. Nothing motivating there. Just self-motivation.
Unless some of you cunts want to come down for some training and a vacation?

I’ll tell you something, dudes on this forum might dog you out for being ā€œskinnyā€, but let’s see them do a prep to completion.
I cringe at how small I get in prep but it’s the actual muscle you have, no bullshit.
It is pretty fucking tough to keep that off season size. Lots of dudes walking around with the ā€œWaygu musclesā€, strutting around feeling buff.
It’s an illusion.

Thanks. I think I look better this year even being a little lighter. We will find out next weekend. Oh and you probably will have to work that day as I will be MIA
 
Once the tan is on and under the lights, nothing else matters other than you made it through prep and gave it 100% Anyone who says you're skinny or whatever can suck it. They're the lazy bitches who could never make it through a prep or even get abs. :)
 
Cdub is a dog.

Guy eats SO MUCH food between preps, never complains, send him updates, "got it", just does what he's supposed to.

This prep we did things a little different -

We took a much shorter period of time. With his metabolism, a long drawn out prep is not beneficial. He was only in a deficit for like 12 weeks.

Also wanted to have him "bigger" for this show compared to last. Being so tall, continuing to suck down more and more doesn't lend itself to a better look for his frame. With the shorter prep we avoided that.

He might be carrying a smidge more bodyfat this time (the older the athlete is and the less elasticity the skin has, the harder it is to really tell) but, being much fuller overall gives the illusion he's more conditioned in certain areas, like the quads.

Very moderate doses, an older athlete, a tall mfer, a tall mfer who struggles to gain an ounce of weight despite insane calories, extremely low activity and heavy progressive overload low volume training....

One thing I pride myself on as a coach is putting my clients long term health before any show or plastic trophy. Cdub does this for fun, slamming a ton of drugs into him and completely destroying the muscle he has to get a little extra bodyfat off isn't something I think is acceptable. If he's happy, I'm happy, and the seems to like this look more then last year so, job well down cdub.
