Insulin use

DNP is making a huge comeback nowadays in competing. Almost every pro I know is using it during prep
What part of the Country? I know a lot of pros, none of them touch it on the East Coast.

East coast and there is a lot of them that do lol, even quite popular at the amateur level.

lol ok. We'll agree to disagree.
Not really a point of agreement or disagreement, I can go look at the cycles of several Olympia qualifiers that use it, why wouldn’t they? If you’re willing to pump 10-20 ius of gh, slin, grams of gear, thyroid agents, clen, every ai, etc. then dnp isn’t really a worry lol

I'm more than confident in my connections with coaches, pros and judges regarding this issue. That's what happens when you've been in the industry for as long as my old ass... lol

Like I said, I respectfully disagree. It's all good.

And good luck with your first prep and show.

Respectfully bodybuilding has evolved very much in the past few years, and most things said here are the exact opposite of what goes on. There isn’t a single top level pro not on the kitchen sink, open bodybuilding is chemical warfare we all know that. I’ll trust my info from the source via text message lol

Seen this discussion of whether Pros use DNP or not over at Pro muscle. The answer was they don’t, because they’re lean year round, so why would they use a “fat” burner, when a 250+lb body of muscle is a fat burner in itself. Makes sense to me, but maybe the ones who get sloppy and fat in the offseason do use it.

It’s like anything else, some don’t use fat burners at all. Some use a lot of them and do next to no cardio etc. DNP is by no means a staple at this point, but I see it being used regularly. Clen, t3/t4 is pretty much a guarantee. No pro really gets sloppy in the offseason anymore.

I understand bodybuilders uses insulin I take it because I am a diabetic and I fucking hate it if I could never take insulin again I would there is no worse feeling in the world waking up with low blood sugar

Taking Lantus and HGH is the ultimate combination!!! Lantus is a long acting insulin so it's very safe ! I have a regimen that I've used several times. I also have the resources to get Lantus . I just don't get a lot of requests for it.

Yeah…it DEFINITELY can’t make you go hypo. Definitely not…

I like when people take something like Superdrol or another strong oral and think that’s the epitome of toxicity, they obviously never used DNP, that takes the cake for me.
Splitting hairs, both make ya feel toxic in short order lol

Dnp is another level though. I’ve never experienced toxicity on any oral at the worst slight lethargy. DNP at the lowest possible dose, the immediate nausea followed by going straight to sleep and brown piss no matter how much water I drank. Not even a comparison to anything else once the dose rose, totally un functional waste of space and oxygen ?

Yeah it’s a weird thing, I’ve seen people not even really notice 200 mg aside from body heat. And I’ve seen some hate it entirely

It is, seen a guy running a gram whilst drinking and eating whatever no issues which is insane to me. I didn’t experience much of the heat till I went over 300. I’d need about 50-60 degree weather in a Tshirt to feel comfortable.

Yeah, I wouldn't know anything about how the sport has evolved over the last few years since I not only compete, but coach athletes in most classes. lol

You just started out...show some humility.

As some of you may know, I accidentally shot 20iu lantus into a vein a month or so ago. Tanked my BG within minutes. Nearly died. I’ve shot plenty of log, R, and lantus before. Normally you predict the drop with rapid insulins. This was different. Shit happens, but there is just no reason to be using insulin unless you need it.

I was pushing 850g carbs daily in the Offseason with 8.5iu gh. I needed it lol. If you’re asking yourself if you need it, you don’t. Check fasted BG daily. If you’re above 110 consistently, then hire a coach

I shot insulin for years and never did that. Where on your body did you shoot?

I tell everyone to stay away from insulin. It’s a powerful hormone.

Let me Give you an example.

You take you insulin, and you eat but you are sick and your body stops digesting food and a you the throw up and can’t eat or drink. BG drops, you get confused and pass out on floor. Or you try to drive yourself to er and crash or get pulled over by police and become combative and get served and protected.

This exact scenario happened to me a few weeks ago, except I didn’t pass out. Had to go to er and get intervenous dextrose to bring my bg up from 35.

Also remember that I am very experienced with insulin and it’s effects and feeling lows and can handle them better than a nonconstant user.

Sick dude, I bet you weren’t sub 8% bf when you were shooting lantus. I’ve also shot insulin for awhile, and all it took was one time.

I shot my belly into an ab vein. I had zero subq fat, which was another issue, as the lantus liquid crystallizes and becomes slow release by binding with fat.

Google lantus lows.
