Summer Cut Log
Background:
Documenting my cut from April 28 to July. Starting weight: 214. Goal weight: 188. This will be second run with DNP. The goal of the cut will be to trim off the excess fat and water gained in the post contest rebound and provide a stable lean platform to begin increasing calories above maintenance without worrying about post-contest rebound water or fat.
I am probably holding about 12-15lbs of extra water weight, 3-4lbs of food related stomach bloat, and 8-10lbs of extra adipose tissue. Visually I look like shit since coming off my contest in April. I kept things tight the first week out (contest weight was 182) weighing in at 186 a week later. The following week I broke down and binged pretty hard for 7 days straight and saw my weight skyrocket to 214lbs (after 2 weeks of shit eating).
Supplements/PEDs:
The main compounds used on this cut will be:
1. DNP (250mg crystal caps so 200mg “effective” DNP) dosed at 200mg/day for 3 days then 400mg/day for 10 days then 600 mg/day alternating with 400mg/day until side effects become prohibitive or goal is met. Will never do 600 back to back days and will not exceed 21 days on DNP without a 2 week break;
2. ECA stack in the ratio of 25/200/81 for 10 days then 50/200/81 for 10 days;
3. Clenbuterol in a pyramid dosing pattern for 2 weeks following the ECA use with Ketofien to maintain effacacy;
4. HGH at 5iu per day for 20 days then pharm grade HGH at 3iu/day;
5. T3 at 50mcg/day, increasing by 25mcg/week until we reach 100mcg/day;
6. Test E at 250mg/week;
7. Proviron at 100mg/day for 25 days starting day 10 (more for libido than anything else).
8. Ketofien - 2 mg/day for 2 weeks on 1 week off
Support supplements will include:
1. Vitamin E - 2000iu/day
2. Vitamin D - 10000iu/day
3. Vitamin C - 2-3g/day
4. True Nutrition Whole Food Multivitamin - 1 serving/day
5. Taurine - 4g/day
6. Pyruvate - 2-3g/day
7. CoQ10 - 400mg/day
8. Green Tea Extract - 1000mg/day
9. Fish Oil - 8-12g/day
10. Claritin or Zyrtec Non Drowsy - 1/day AM
11. Benadryl - 1/day PM
12. Water - 2 to 2.5 gallons/day
Diet: High protein, carbs focused around the workouts and on non-workout days half from fruit. Moderate fat. Cals will be adjusted downward as necessary.
Training Days: 290g pro/150g carb/60g fat -2300 cal
Off Days: 250g pro/80g carb/70g fat - 1950 cal
Training: 4 days/week - high volume, mountain dog style
Cardio: 5 sessions of 25 min to start
