TSH around 1 is pretty good, as long as you feel good 👍🏻
I feel completely normal, actually better than normal. Pulled these labs 1 month after stopping all thyroid meds. Was on for 2 years

That’s pretty damn good then. I have a non functioning thyroid and my endo always titrated my Armor to a TSH around 1. Always felt best around there.

I was a little worried because the range goes up to a 5, but I’m not noticing any difference so I suppose it doesn’t matter.

Definitely feeling different. Mood elevation, and a wave of energy is creeping up on me. Only been a few days but I absolutely feel different. Hit chest hard as shit all incline.

I think they prescribe 25mgs per week for a 1500lb cattle so a good starting point is 250mgs 😂 my chest is still toast 😂 I hit cardio and abs yesterday big DLs today 😈
