First of all this is a discussion to have with a doctor. Outside of that there are a few options to explore. The enlarged or asymmetrical pituitary is not as uncommon as you may think. A test level of 260 is in range, very low, yet in range. Androgel maintains the test level well, although it has its draw backs as you are aware of.
Ok having said all that you could opt to stop the test and PCT, which may or may not work. You could go back on the gel or drop down to TRT level of pins (once per week) of test cyp/enth around 200mg. There are also test pellets that can be inserted, by a doc, just under your skin. They are long acting and just maintain normal levels of test.
I guess my point here is if the pct doesn't work, you are looking at TRT. You need to get stabilized on a hormonal level and then access the pituitary issue. One step at a time under doctor supervision. Stop cycling, PCT and go from there. The pituitary issue is not as scary as it sounds.
I'm going to move this to TRT. But leave a link to it from here.
