I like that, do it again. Hit de weights again today, it was the best part of my day. Did 4iu of GH today. Still Clomid and SARMs, low dose. Aromasin 12.5 e3d.

HS Hi Row - 4 sets of 12-15
One Arm Shrugs - 4 sets of 12-15
DB Curls - 4 sets of 8-12
Preacher Curls - 4 sets of 8-12
Rope Hammer Curls - 1 set - triple drop - prob 20 total reps
Cardio - Step Mill 15 minutes
