hey guys ive been introduced to this forum via a well respected vendor. A little about me Im 26 ive been weightlifting for about 8 years and actually competing for about 3. Im currently competing in physique but plan to hopefully make the jump to bodybuilding this year. ill be posting a thread in the next couple weeks documenting my cutting phase as i start my prep for my show in november I hope to get some feedback on my thread as i continue my prep.
